Pack 323 is located in Land O Lakes Florida, just north of Tampa. The Pack has been a cornerstone of Scouting tradition and values for Land O Lakes for Nearly 40 years.
Cub Scouting means "doing." Everything in Cub Scouting is designed to have the boys doing things. Activities are used to achieve the aims of Scouting—citizenship training, character development, and personal fitness. Many of the activities happen right in the den and pack. The most important are the weekly den meetings and the monthly pack meetings.
Apart from the fun and excitement of Cub Scout activities, the Cub Scout Promise, the Law of the Pack, and the Cub Scout sign, handshake, motto, and salute all teach good citizenship and contribute to a boy's sense of belonging.
Pack 323 is an active Pack that will go camping about 6 times a year as a Pack, including an annual Big Trip. Previous "Big Trips" have included over night adventures at, Kennedy Space Center, Florida Aquarium, Sea World, and Lowery Park Zoo. Pack 323 also encourages its Webeblos Dens to get out and Camp on their own and with local Boy Scout Troops. Pack 323 can also be seen out and about doing community service, exploring local government and getting to know local businesses.
